We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator/ Video Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content tailored for various platforms, including social media and YouTube. You will collaborate closely with project managers and clients to ensure that the content aligns with brand guidelines and meets the desired objectives. Your expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and platform optimization will be crucial in delivering engaging and impactful content that resonates with audiences. Tasks
  • Video Editor KPI (Updated)
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Long-Form Content: Deliver 1-2 long-form content pieces (e.g., YouTube videos, podcast videos) per client each month.
  • Short-Form Content: Create and edit up to 30 short-form videos (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels) per client each month.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure all video content (both long-form and short-form) is submitted 7 days before the scheduled posting deadline for internal review and client approval.
  • KPIs:
  • Content Delivery:
    • Deliver 1-2 long-form video content pieces for each client, ensuring all pieces are ready for review 7 days before the posting deadline.
    • Deliver up to 30 short-form videos per client per month, aligned with client content calendars and social media strategies.
  • Submission Timeliness:
    • Ensure that 100% of videos (long-form and short-form) are delivered at least 7 days before the posting deadline.
  • Quality and Approval:
    • Achieve 95% client approval on video content without more than 1 round of revisions.
    • Maintain video quality standards, adhering to the brand guidelines and content strategy outlined for each client.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate effectively with the graphic designer and project manager to ensure visual consistency across all client platforms.
    • Participate in content planning meetings with the project manager to ensure video production aligns with the broader content strategy.
  • Efficiency:
    • Maintain productivity levels by efficiently editing and delivering the content on schedule, ensuring no delays in the content pipeline.
    • Use project management tools (Monday.com) to track progress and keep team members updated on the status of each video.
Requirements

Being able to speak both English and Indonesian is a must, as we serve international customers as well as local Indonesian businesses.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing and content creation is required. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects is essential. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video requirements is necessary. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are crucial. A portfolio showcasing previous work in video editing and content creation is highly desirable.
